Fiocchi 12 Guage shells

I am headed to SD for a quick trip. I have shells that i’ve never used before. Will these be good for far flushing birds?
Fiocchi Golden Pheasant Nickle Plated
1200 velocity 1-3/4oz 5 shot.
Have never shot this heavy of a load before. Thoughts? I usually shoot 1-1/4 oz 1450:FPS.

They'll probably be "ok", assuming they pattern decent for you. That's a dang heavy load. But for long shots? Not great, if you consider long over 40-45 yds. 1200 is fairly slow, especially for 5's. For long shots & muzzle velocity under 1400, I'd much rather shoot 4's.

They will work just fine if sent to the right address. Doubt you could tell the difference. They will however kick the snot out of you !!
