Fall Hunting Atlas Download

I am trying to download the fall hunting atlas to my garmin. I've done this in the past, but for some reason it keeps telling me I need a disc burner. I don't understand why I would need a disc burner for a download. Has anyone else ran into this issue? How did you rectify it?

I downloaded the GE piece no problem.

I downloaded it to mine last week without issues. Make sure the location you are downloading it to isn't a disk drive.
