2014 South Dakota Pheasant Hunters,

New Discounts - We added 4 new discounts beginning this year which everyone can take advantage of this fall: EMT, Firefighter, Law Enforcement and Pheasants Forever Member. Existing booked groups can all use them. 5% off. Proof of discount required for eligibility (submit with your liability waiver registration by Sept 15).

New Habitat - this year UGUIDE and Pheasants Forever formed a Food Plot seed partnership and all UGUIDE Pheasant Camps were provided food plot seed at no cost. Yours truly picked up the seed in Chamberlain and delivered it on a 3-day trip, no charge, to each pheasant camp. The terms of the use of this seed required that it be left standing until spring providing benefits to fall hunters, wintering pheasants and spring nesting hens. All told we delivered 150 bags of food plot seed which covers a lot of acres. This was one of the best ideas I could come up with to improve the experience at UGUIDE Pheasant Camps.

New Partnerships - In addition to the new food plot seed program, UGUIDE and PF partnered on the PF Member discount program thru UGUIDE. Active or New Pheasants Forever Members receive 5% off their hunt. PF also created a custom UGUIDE-PF membership page for UGUIDE so hunters can purchase a membership right from the UGUIDE site. All UGUIDE hunters are encouraged to sign up thru the UGUIDE PF membership link for 2 reasons. The first is the discount usually equals or exceeds the cost of the membership and your becoming a member further supports what PF and UGUIDE are doing through your support in the state of South Dakota. In other words, it helps improve habitat at your favorite pheasant camp.

New Website - New Logos and improved, streamlined navigation plus a host of other improvements. More upgrades on the way to make the UGUIDE online experience even better. Check it out http://www.uguidesdpheasants.com/

Updated Fall Outlook - Lots of good news to report. Check it out in the 2014 Fall Pheasant Outlook Report.
