I attended my first ESS Field Trial and Hunt Test over the last couple of days. Have to say I really enjoyed it. Carried the "shag" basket and have to say that was the best seat in the house. Being able to see the dogs work from right behind the judges was a great opportunity for a new guy to see.
I met some great people, learned a lot, saw some great dog work and I would highly recommend attending one of these events if you have never been to one.
