This is a very cool video showing how spaniels are trained and used across the pond. These dogs are "beaters" dogs and probably see more game in one shooting season than a lot of dogs will see in their life time. At about the 8 min mark the black cocker flushes a hare and the camera man shoots it and brags about his dog being steady to the flush, then the dog flushes another hare and is off to the races.
