Our end of the year pheasant hunt in southcentral Kansas turned into a combo hunt. A handful of roosters but a lot of Bobwhite Quail. I told my son I have not had done this type of hunting since the 1970's in southeast Kansas.
By the end of the day our group was even hitting a few.
