Early Migration?

I'm starting to think those big winter storms up north last weekend might have sped up the waterfowl migration. I saw several large flocks of geese (snows and Canadians) flying south today.
Everything else this year has been way late, but THIS is way early.
Assuming the ducks are flying too (I seldom target geese alone anymore), I sure hope they hang around for a few weeks!!

Any other Kansans notice this today or yesterday?
 
Have seen many large flocks in SW OK the past few days.
 
They won't go any further south than they need to. And when the weather clears up they will do a reverse migration to the snow line.

I wouldn't be concerned about them just keeping on headed south because that most likely won't happen.
