ASPCA Pet Insurance
I have ASPCA Pet Insurance for my two dogs, it runs me about $65/month for both. I have only had to make one claim in the 1.5 years I've had it. My lab swallowed something and required surgery because he could not pass it. Surgery cost about $2800, I got about 75% of it back. It's the only time I've had to use it. Submitting a claim was easy, I just filled out their paperwork and emailed it to them, they paid the claim in about 2.5 weeks. They have different levels of insurance coverage to choose from. I have a Lab and GSP covered.
