Dog Injuries- Help Needed

I have a 7 year old English Setter. We hunt fairly heavy cover (CRP, River Bottom) in Eastern OR. The property is fenced, and for the last 2 years, she has injured herself on barb wire. They have been tear type injuries...Not gushers, but needing stitched. The injuries primarily happen on her upper leg, and the last one was in her front elbow joint. Has anyone ever made anything that goes down the legs on a dog?? I am at a loss- Literally. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
For an Intro- we have a small farm over in Eastern Oregon. Active ag- although we specifically manage for wild pheasant production. Food, winter cover, etc.

I made a post a while ago. My 4 YO lab hits the weeds at high speed and rubbed the hair off her front legs right at the front of the upper “elbow” bend/joint.

This is the closest thing I’ve found. I wish it came a little farther down the front leg. Haven’t bought it yet, still looking.

I've seen pictures of house dogs wearing what looks like children's shirts and jump suits. I've thought about getting some measurement and hitting yard sales and stuff and trying to find something made out of some material that might work.

I looked at this one too. The leg sleeves just don't come down far enough to cover where she wears the hair off. It's not a barb wire thing. She is fence trained and is pretty smart about it. Somehow her running through the thick stuff just wears the hair off in about a 1 inch oval right where the front leg bends near the bottom of her chest.

I did order this from Amazon for $16. It's supposedly for medical recovery to keep them from licking a wound. It's made of a blend of cotton polyester & spandex fabric, which is lightweight and breathable. It will likely get torn to ribbons in the field but it's cheap enough. If it can delay the hair wear, I'll just stock a couple. I do have a decent protective vest that could go over it but that doesn't cover the area in question.
