Do your shotguns have to be plugged in Kansas? I have borrowed a 20 for the wife to shoot this weekend, and need to know if I need to check to see how many shells it will hold? I will only have her load it with three either way, but don't want to get in trouble with the WO's!

No plug needed for pheasant or quail. Only need plugs for migaratory birds
