First the Duck Commander, then Buck Commander, and now I have given my brother the title of Ditch Commander as he has over 30 spots within 15 steps of the road ditch. He usually has his limit without having to tie his boots. As a Christmas gift I've created a T-shirt to honor his greatness. What the t-shirt lacks in artistic creativity it encompasses the mission at hand, the shock and awe campaign of the Ditch Commander. I don't know why I find this so funny but please enjoy my new logo. Merry Christmas big brother!

I have a buddy who "thinks" he is a ditch commander.

He refuses to go any farther than the ditch or off the main trail...problem is, he never seems to be the one getting the birds Lol!
 
Unfortunately my brother excels at it and most years scores quite a bit higher in the final bird tally than I do with my more traditional "walking cover" methods.

But I would guess you have more appreciation for the birds you've killed and some more memorable hunts!

I'd like to think I appreciate the ones I earn by walking a little more. I think we're pretty close in numbers this year although I've been in three states compared to his one.
 
Christmas time

This has nothing to do with my Ditch Commander brother but after living in the PACNW for a few years, this is my entry for the ugly sweater contest this Friday. And no I don't believe. My daughter made the hat.

How can you not believe! There's days in our bow stands that we have a better chance of seeing a Sasquatch than a deer! :D

Approaching middle agedness, I had to look that one up on urban dictionary. Thanks for ruining Christmas! I laughed so hard I think I pulled something here....I just remembered why I moved away from the state that helped create the fraud known as the lunar module landing. In the immortal words of a guy named "sneakers" Yikes!!!!!!!!!!!:eek:

You need to do it in color, have the road straight, a fence line, roosters standing in a small thicket, and work in a truck door open.
