I have a house that is 3 bedroom 1 bath on the spink county/clark county line. Prime South Dakota pheasant country and only a short drive to public land.

The house offers a dining room, full kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower.

To book a weekend you must book 3 days for $95/night plus $75 cleaning fee. Otherwise it’s a 2 night minimum.

1 bedroom is a twin over full bunk
1 bedroom is 2 twin beds non bunked
1 bedroom is 1 twin bed and 1 full bed non bunked.


Dates available in early December through the end of January

I’m sorry. There was a type. It is $95/night for the entire house. With 3 night minimum for weekends and 2 night minimum for week days. With a $75 cleaning fee. But that would cover renting the whole house. Also I’d be willing to cut you a break on adding additional nights to a weekend trip.

That is a very fair deal for sure! Might give a few more details on this, be completely transparent. You are new here, but in crowd of fellaa that are your target audience. Maybe pics of the accomodations and location, we know what pheasants look like.
