crow counts

just read that the fish and game crow counts are up from 2-9% this years, the average per route is a 6%. not great but the right direction, hope the recent rain didn't take a toll

cheers

I played around on weather.com and it didn't seem like that much of ND got pounded by that rain. I saw that Minot had quite a bit but other area's close by not nearly as much. I guess wait until the brood count comes out to know for sure.

It has been wet, but largely warm until the past week and a half.

Through the Dakotas and Minnesota - June has become the rainy month. Maybe July and August are fast becoming the real peak hatch&brood months. ;)

Pheasants will renest. That is proven again and again and again.

That is better than the last few years. I think the Brood #'s will be much more impressive, from what I am seeing and hearing. I guess we will no in about 10 days or so.
