Corner crossings

Brittany nailed this issue. Easement is what is needed and might be next to impossible to get after the land transfer. Buy land next to these land locked piece could give you almost exclusive access....assuming any other bordering land owners don't allow trespassing. These corner crossings are cases are caused when the private land owners want to intentionally limit access to the public ground. The common sence way to look at it is, "is the private land owner being harmed"....bring your Little Giant or similar ladder and that answer regarding "harm" is likely NO. But it must must not be that be that simple or things could have got to where they did. Someone has too much money to push the "air space" issue.

They don't let people on their land, because they want to profit from their land by charging people to hunt. A lot of landowners don't even live in the same state where they own property.

None of this is relevant because it's not your land. It's someone else's. They can do as they please within the confines of the law. Private land is private land and unless you have permission to be on it, stay off it.

As for someone charging people to access their land, I don't agree with that. In some places, that's what it's coming to. If I had to pay to hunt private land every time I went, I wouldn't be hunting very long.
