Corn and lots of it

After day 2 the corn is officially cramping my style. Just about all my spots have a field or 3 of standing corn around them. When you do get birds up they head straight for it. Passed on a few shots knowing they would fall in the corn. Might come back in a couple weeks.
 
Lots of corn where I hunt also one field off but the other areas stuffs 10’ tall lost one bird in it Saturday went again today birds are there just runners or they fly just between rows tassels
 
I drove down 281 in SD north to south from ND line. I started counting corn fields to stay awake. I stopped at around 130 just north of Huron when it got dark. At that point I did my sixth grade math on it and came up with about 35% harvested. That was last Thursday. All beans were gone.
