I love the extended choke tubes.....in my mind I shoot better with them

IMO entirely too much is made of different chokes.
I just returned from a duck hunt in WI and my gun of choice was my Beretta 20ga O/U firing 2 3/4 #4 steel. Chokes used were Imp and Mod.
Slaughtered them, but I'm not taking 50yd shots and wounding ducks or geese left and right. Those are tough birds and I limit my shots to 30-35yds typically. The big boys with their 12 ga full chokes try and shoot farther but the cripple and maim far too many for my liking.
I didn't lose one bird and limited out both days.
