I just saw a JCW video where he came across a carp, that some critter had dug out the ice and and killed his carp and I was wondering what kind of a critter could have done that? That's really cool, and I've never seen anything like that before.

I didn't even know those sloughs had fish in them. In my 50 plus years of hunting, I've never come across a hole in the ice where there was a fish, where some critter had dug a hole and grabbed a fish. Very strange
