Two weeks ago I was bowhunting and saw this buck right before dark run by and was all bloody leaving a sray of blood trail in the snow. Thinking it was hit by other hunters that were there I waited to tell them where it went but they ssaid they had not hit it. I came back an hour after dark and tracked it to its bed where from the trail it took off running so I came back in the morning and it ran down120 more yards and bedded about 4 beds till the coyotes got her. when I rolled it over to see if it was a bow or slug that hit it I found its nut sack was about 8 inchs around and green on the edges with a tube falling out from the bottom of it from an one inch cut, It probably jumped a barb wire fence and it hung down far enough to catch. I did not want to try to salvage any meat from it so I put a cam on it to get the coyote coming back for more. in two weeks no coyotes but mostly a coon that ate till the camera gave out 4 days ago . Here is a pic of the bulging sack and a few of the critters that ate. I only got one pic of the fox. and 200 of the coon and 100 of the mice. Photo bucket did not like the pic of the swollen bloody sack but here are some pics
