Traveled from Minneapolis to Mobridge,SD on Tuesday, May 12, returning yesterday.
Most of the birds we saw were from Roscoe to Selby on hwy 12- middle of the day. All but one were roosters. On the return trip it was misting and 55 degrees and we saw a few birds...from Mobridge to about Hwy. 28l. Rain was heavier the balance of the trip, hence no birds observed.
We scouted north and south of Mobridge, within the city limits, and always saw a few birds and 1-2 hens. South of Glenham, 4-8 miles we saw none, middle of the day, no rain.
