I picked up a few chukar to work with Champ. I wanted to get some birds shot over him since it has been a while. On the way to the training area I saw this guy. My wife was able to get a few pictures.
Champ started out well and looked good on the first bird he came across.
He did an OK job of finding the shot birds but he needs to work on retrieving. I think that will come along as he gets older and spends more time working with the other dogs. Blitz is a very good retriever at this point but that didn't start until his second hunting season. Right now I'll keep working on finding birds, being steady and tracking.

Looks like that boy is in full color and has found some good grasslands.
