Lots of rainy days lately and busy before Christmas too. Got out today with one son for a quick hunt at the home farm, haven't been there since deer season started. Abbie did pretty good, pointed three roosters and a couple hens. I think scenting conditions were ideal, one she followed quite a way. Our (mine) shooting wasn't good, I completely whiffed the first point. We wing tipped the next and my son got the last one after Abbie tracked it 100/150 yards. The Golden in the pick is the farm dog, he's huge but doesn't hunt.
