I fired up the deep fryer yesterday and made baja fish tacos using the last bag of walleye fillets from ice fishing. Garage stinks like grease but boy were they tasty. Need to put some more 'eyes in the freezer.
Capped the night with tons of wings during the Hawks game!! BBQ, Sweet Chili and Teriyaki. :10sign:
