Best places to buy guns.

I think Scheels is a good place and usually has good prices on their guns. I stopped by a Cabela's to check out their guns and prices and wasn't impressed. Their used guns were priced as high as some of Scheels new guns. I'm moving to NW Iowa, anyone know of some good places in MN or SD.

I wanted a Beretta 686 silver pigeon and got the best price from North Arkansas Gun Inc off of Gunsamerica. Cost $20 for my local gun store to get it shipped to them, to use their FFL, still saved a lot. I highly recommend them, great service.

Scheels in Sioux Falls is a nice store.

Check out the classified ads on the KELOLAND.com under Hunting also.

I've had good luck with gunbroker.com. You just have to know what you want and what you are willing to pay. They have both new and used guns. Lots of people go nuts and pay too much but if you do its your own fault. Patience and some discipline can pay off.

go to Dalton MN small shooting place on outskirts of town it is a gunshop-archery-trap and skeet shootiong park Tom Knapp shoots thier every year. great prices!!!

I've always felt like Kone's Korner in Castlewood, SD is the place to go. Brings back good memories since I have been going there since I was knee high to a grasshopper. The place is kind of out of the way for most hunters but it just has a good pheasant country feel. Very good selection of guns too (and other essentials). I wish I could stop in more than a couple times per year.

+1 on Kones Korner. I apprehensively ordered a gun over the phone, sight unseen, and, they were rock solid. A good price on a hard to find gun (16 ga Browning Superlight).

If you know someone who is a long gun dealer and will take delivery for you, you can shop all over the internet for price.
