Hello fellow hunters...has anyone recently purchased a benelli vinci? I just received one and cannot tell how disappointed I am in the initial set up. I cannot get the reciever to seat and find dissasembly difficult.

Do I just have a "bad one" or is this three easy step set up simply not true?

I think mine is going back to the gun shop for a refund..

I cannot help with your gun. I shoot nothing but Over/Unders But I would like to Welcome you to UPH. I know there are fellow hunters here that can help you......Bob
 
Go to Benelli USA forums and search for an answer or just ask. I don't know myself but the manual should explain the procedure. I heard it was very simple, that was one of the sale points. Let us know.
 
When you get to the forum, do a search for "vinci assembly" and the topic comes up with problems others have had probably the same as yours-and it looks like the answer isn't in the manual but is in one of the guys comments re getting the barrel connected properly. Let me know if this helped.
