Comes in the box with all the chokes and manual.
I have a YILDIZ 12 O/U and love it.

Instead of getting your wife a .410 I would suggest that you keep the 20 ga. and only use light target loads in it, especially if she will be using it for hunting. Even with the lightest target loads the 20 ga. will far outperform the .410. The .410 is really an experts gun. Or you might consider a 28 ga.
