Yesterday was birds, brew, and Bison football. Today was...Great day wandering the prairie with Mo. Birds (even some sharptails) check, outstanding dog work (ok so I don’t really emphasize retrieves) check, brew check, good cigar check, more aerobic exercise than needed (particularly for an old fart) check, near 50 degree temps (vs cold, wind and head high drifts last year on this date) check, happy hour goodies check, time to watch the Vikes and then the Eagles.
 
A December day in the Dak du Nord doesn’t get much better. 56 degrees. Found two new places to chase roosters. Shot at three birds...brought all three home. All three birds over our nearly 12 year old French Spaniel. My Q5 Centerfire vest arrived. Cheers!
