Headed out there on thursday to hunt with my old man, havent been up that way for at least 8 or nine years. Planning on hitting alot of walkin. We've got access to alot of private land around Horton but from what I've heard the numbers up there are way down. Just don't have the time to head out west on thursday.

Anybody got any advice?

I was just west of horton on 75 and saw pretty good quail numbers on private land. close to a limit with crappy shotting. got into 4 coveys and a couple of pheasants even. It was a lot of fun! good luck.
