I am in agreement. Kansas tail feathers are special if they hit 23". My experience is 17-20' is normal. If you ever get one longer than 23", you better figure out how to display it. Last Saturday we cleaned 24 birds and the longest tail feather we had was significantly longer than all of the others at 22".
