Terrific results with #5 in my OU. Lethal, yet the recoil is manageable in a 7lb. OU.

My favorite pheasant ammo in 12 gauge. Might have to order another case just to make sure I never run out.

Not much won't work when the scattergun is pointed correctly but I have used several types of B&Ps...none did not work well.
I would expect the noted shells to follow down that same two-track.

That is an evocative photo.

price increase

I wanted to mention I personally asked the sales rep Kari McCormick at B&P for an answer on why these shells increased in price 40% from a year ago and got no answer from her. Pretty disappointed in this as it would seem they did it to just undercut the other brands out there and make a bigger profit for themselves. Can't say I am going to rush to buy any more at the new prices.
 
Recieved my B&P Long Range in the mail, did a test pattern and all I can say is this so far is the best shotgun shell pattern I have ever seen. Much better than my Fiocchi's. I can see why this shell won the Field and Stream award for best pattern.

Where I buy my Fiocchi's, the price increase last year was 30%.
