Anyone have some bird hunting plans this weekend?

I do. Headed over west of the house Saturday with just OB and explore a new area in hopes of finding quail. Sunday I'll take Bob and Milo and and hit a few places I know have birds before the game.
 
Had enough retirement afternoon naps and will hunt Thursday, Friday and Saturday in God's Promised Land. That would be Kansas, USA :)
 
yea im going Friday ,Saturday and Sunday , got get the Dogs out were all going stirr crazy , not sure were yet but i'll be out there in Gods country somewere.:cheers:

Yep, me too. The dogs probably think it's February already b/c they didn't get to go out last weekend. The wife and kids are just gonna hafta be sad at me cuz daddy's goin' it alone this weekend:thumbsup:
 
well good luck to you, Im always at it alone , seems my Kids are too busy hunting Ducks and Geese and well the wife loves the dogs but the cold she wont do, so its just the three of us.

Give them a pile of money and tell them to go to the mall. They will invite you to go hunting EVERY weekend then. Just saying...

It wouldn't help if you did, my wife buys everything on-line anyway. If I "send" her shopping she sits in her chair and starts pecking away at the I-pad......that would barely give me time to check UPH:eek:

I am! I am! Last "best" chance at getting some wild pheasants this season, so gotta make it count. Not the last LAST chance, just the last BEST...

If you see me out in NC KS this weekend, please stop and tell me where the easy limits are. :laugh:

Not where I went Thanksgiving weekend!
 
have fun everybody...I'm serving my 36 hour sentence at work. I will be free on Monday again. I had absolutely amazing quail hunting this week here at home . shot some pheasants too at state game lands where they release. Hope to be in Kansas before the end of the month and again in January
