Any help. With GoPro

Some could tell me what is the best settings for GoPro . To take video because my videos looks really bad hard to see the pheasant or no clear on all thank for you advice : cheers:cheers:

I'm fairly new to Gopros, but these settings were recommended to me. Seem to be working well. Wide enough to get good capture when my head mount is off kilter, and enough resolution to then zoom in & still have a clear picture.
