I live in Parker and my neighbor called me over to see this rooster hiding under his AC unit. Amazing.

Closest game farm is 25 miles east. The birds that don't get shot usually head back to the pen for their food.

Doesn't have to be a game farm close, some of us have training birds in our back yard. I've had friends in town lose chuckars and pheasants that escape when handling and see them a couple of blocks away a week later.
By the way, my dog and I are in route to parker, looks like a sure thing!

i was pulling out of cherry creek shooting range last sunday and rooster just sorta wandered across the road.shooting trap there once in a while and i 'll hear a pheasant crow like a shock gobble ive seen pheasants in there fairly often. I wonder how many there are up the cherry creek bottom back to parker.

I often see pheasants in Cherry Creek State Park while riding my bike and while shooting trap at the range. And they are usually roosters.
