Aberdeen

Two of us hunted just south of Aberdeen, SD. on Mon.-Wed. of last week and aside from some water, it was great hunting. Bring your muck boots and don't let the water discourage you. We actually had nice indian summer weather in the mid to upper 50's. It is always tougher jump shooting with two, but we bagged our share. Farmers are combining as fast as they can during the temporary dry spell.

We hunted both. We know a couple of farmers from the area and always enjoy the great state of Sodak. Looking forward to returning! From what I saw, the public grounds are still full of birds. The lack of early season pressure due to all of the rain worked in our favor.
