Had my young shorthair at dad's, he wanted to see if we could find the quail in the creek behind the house, he'd busted a big covey the previous weekend when doing some deer scouting.

Anyways, got some good pics, but I'm not going to promise there were any quail in the weeds to be flushed..........

I think Corey might have sold me a bum dog.

Always good to get those young dogs out and into some wild birds. Doesn't take them long to learn what they can and can't do. :thumbsup:
