last year i was hunting in south dakota with my brother and some friends. we were looking for an end of the day hunting spot. man did we pick a good one:thumbsup:! while we were on our 1st pass to descride the sceen the birds were boiling out of the cover.we managed to get a couple before the day ended. after seeing all the birds we decided to hunt there the next morning. my brother was like a child looking forward to christmas! man was he excited the next morning! i had drove myself so i told them i'd go out and claim the spot:thumbsup:. when i got there the lots were full of hunters:mad:. so i called my brother to give him the bad news:(. i believe i actually heard his heart break. disappointed they started talking about a new game plan. after a few minutes i started laughing:D. then i told him that we had the spot i was all alone. you can all imagine what he said. he was not real happy with me:D. chris
 
So . . . you would be the evil brother, correct?
 
what else are older brothers for:thumbsup:? that same trip i drove my car so i didn't have room for all 3 dogs. i had him convinced that i left my best dog at home and brought my half lab instead:D. i really had him going untill i let the cat out of the bag telling him about some great dog work my veteran had just done:eek:. yes, he caught right on but i still had a great couple days of fun with it! :cheers:
 
i'm not related to captaincoot or blackcloud but it sounds like we'd get along just fine:D. on my recent trip to s.d. lets just say my shooting and luck of putting up roosters was above average. trusty20 and her boyfriend were giveing me some crap about my good fortune:D. towards the end of the day we were seperate and i was a lil bored:rolleyes:. i shot 2 times in the air waited a couple minutes then i called them and said i had just shot a double!!! boy was she wound up and even more wound up when i told them the truth later:D. :cheers:
