We are deer hunters primarily and don’t really focus on quail. However, with the timely rains in early Summer we have a banner quail crop. We are interested in “leasing” the ranch with exclusive access on opening weekend of quail season (Nov 1 weekend) ONLY. The ranch comes with a comfortable 2 bedroom bunkhouse/10 beds, with AC, hot shower, WiFi and nice patio. The property has cattle and is therefore a perfect mix of brush and open buffle and native grasses. The ranch has great roads and the feeders areas are covered in quail (3-5 coveys), we have over 20 feed pens. We are considering asking $20k for the weekend. No more than 10 hunters. The ranch can easily accommodate 3-4 rigs with dogs. Please reach out if anyone is interested.

Let us know if you get a taker and what amount you collect. You might try to find a forum devoted to quail to promote the 20K weekend to. Heck of a first post. I would say welcome, but I have a feeling you will not really be here. Should be in the classified section, but this doesn't fit there either.
