30' X 60' metal building that has never been erected. I bought it new 20 years ago and the plans fell apart but the building hasn't. Ribbed quonset style construction but with vertical sides and a soft peak. Open ends so it can be finished the way you want or not at all and used as a shelter. It's built in two foot increments so can be two 30' X 30' buildings for example or whatever. Build half and sell the other half. Cost $10,000 when I purchased it. I want $8,000 now. It's 30 miles East of Sacramento on I-80 near Auburn. PM if interested. I think the picture is of only a 30' X 30' building if you count the ribs. Multiply what you get by two.
