Looking for some favorite reloads from guys who reload for upland.
I hunted upland my first time in years, back in February on a NM scaled quail hunt. I reload my own for upland, dove and waterfowl.
I started out shooting 7.5’s for the quail with LM and Mod in my 28g cynergy. I quickly tightened up and swapped to 8.5’s my usual target load.
I’m planning a trip this year for quail again in Oklahoma but also have always wanted to get out on some pheasants as well.
So, what’s your favorite load in a 28? I use old AA hulls and some AAHS’s.
