Does anyone know the date that the 2012 license goes on sale? I want to hunt 5 days in December and then 5 days next November.
 
Splitting your two 5 day periods into two different years

I believe if you are going to use your second 5 days in 2012 you have to hunt the last 5 days of 2011 which would be December 28-January 1st.
Not positive about that?? But I do remember my son did a late season hunt a few years ago and was able to use his second 5 day period during the next fall season.
 
Dec 15th is the magic date. Set the 2nd 5 day hunt for the last 5 days of 2012. You can always move the date up to the exact date you want. All this can can done online or in person. PS-Some stores are NOT aware of the fact that you can use the second five days in 2012.
 
I did that last year at Wal Mart in Yankton. Hunted December 20th-24th, 2010 then November 15th-19th this year on the same license. Just wanted to know the date because I am looking to hunt starting December 19th and want to be sure that I can get the 2012 license.
