I will be making my first trip out, unfortunately it'll be just me and the dog. Like many other posts on here friends are bailing out and I'm going hell or high water. From the get go this is my vacation first with no expectations. The downside to this is I won't be able to run the dog as much as I want. I'll hunt him 4-5 hours a day and a day off midweek. I'm sure hooking up with others won't be a problem but I do need something to do other than waste money at the casino.
Would I be wise to bring a fishing pole since i'm staying in Chamberlain????
or maybe a rifle since i have a varmint/predator license and look for prairie dogs?????
