    Why does the season have to be over?!

    Naturally, took the dog out today to burn off some energy and he flushed a covey of about 12! Then flushed a single about 20 minutes later. Had a great time. Flushed another covey of about 5-6 a couple of weeks ago too. Those birds are smart, they must know that the season is over. :rolleyes:
