😂 I meant it in the context of walking. It’s really drifted around cattails and they are full of snow. Really hard to work but if it’s good ice you can work them from the inside edges. That’s where we did best with the cattails.

I hunted Iowa for the long weekend as well. Friday and Sunday were nice, we managed a handful of birds. Saturday was packed as you said. Lots of hunters out.

Hunted last weekend. Overall I saw less birds than opening weekend but more roosters! Bagged two on Saturday evening. I was very grateful to to be out with my young dog and such a beautiful day. It was awesome to watch him work and retrieve.
