Just wondering about how anyone in Louisiana has done this year?

Went out yesterday morning till about noon. My lab went on point and there sat two hens. No roosters but just for a morning and getting out before the game I had fun.

Hunted all over central Nebraska, and I have this felling bird hunting dying before our eyes. I don't know what else to do a total of driving 663 miles all hunting not to get there and only one rooster. I know it is not lack of good dogs or good hunters. I'm just lost for words.

How well do you do bird hunting in the rain?

So today it is late into dove season, so you have to hunt a lot of them walking and we did well. With our two labs and one gsp got out four not bad. Good work for the dogs. And sometime with dad can't beat it.
