Anyone have a handle on what the prospects are for nesting, hatches, crow counts, etc. between Oberlin and Philipsburg?

I know its very early but any opinions on quail and pheasant outlook NW KS. Was good last 2 yrs. Eventually we'll hit a cycle of lean times again.
