Anyone know if the Cabela's in Mitchell SD usually have a good selection of 16 ga. shells?

Are there any gun shops in/around Chamberlain? I know there are a few in Mitchell, but I will be hunting in Chamberlain in Nov. and I like to browse gun shops during the down time. Thanks.

Are nesting conditions looking any better? Are things drying out any from all the flooding/rain? I am particularly interested in what it is like in the Chamberlain area.

I just bought a 16 ga. Ithaca model 37 with a 26" barrel and deluxe Poly-Choke made in 1952. It looks like it has been used very little. Anyone on here use a 16 ga. model 37 for Pheasant? If so, how do you like it. Thanks.

Anyone ever hunt at/with Priebe Pheasant Hunting in Chamberlain? If so , how was it?

Would I.C. & Mod. be O.K. for a 20 ga. shooting 2&3/4" 1oz.#5's on wild Pheasants in S.D. or would L.M.& I.M. be a better choice? This would be for second week of Nov. and I am not sure wether the dogs will be flushers or pointers.

Hi everyone, glad to be a member of this forum. I will be going to Chamberlain this Nov. with my son for a 3 day hunt. The last time we were in S.D. to hunt was 2006. I can't wait for Nov. to get here!
