I am looking at getting my first pointing dog. I currently have 2 springers and would like to mix it up a little. I have narrowed it down to probably a red setter or an english setter. In the english setters, I tend to lean towards the Ryman type. This will be a house/pheasant/grouse/quail...

I am interested in learning about red setters with the intention of eventually getting one. Does anybody have any info I should know about them? Reccomended breeders? I live in MN and have 2 springers but would like to diversify my dog arsenal. Thanks.
