I know a lot of cases where fish oil has helped. Also coconut oil. I tried both back when I dog was diagnosed with allergies and it didn't help. Found out later she is allergic to most fish. However, fish meal in her dog food doesn't seem to bother. Go figure!

It's not just the pellets. The big difference in the two are the wads. PS uses the Flightcontrol Flex wad. That wad does not open like a standard wad causing a much denser pettern. IMO it is too dense for the vast majority of shots taken at pheasants even with a more open choke.

Those would be the two I'd be going with. They are about the only loads I've used for many years whehter it was in a 12 ga. or 16 ga.

That's exactly why I went to PPP 26/16. I have a spayed female and with 30/20 I had a difficult time keeping her weight down. During days of hunting or hevy exercise I just up the amount I feed. Seems to work fine for me.

I feed ProPlan 26/16 year round and my dog does great. Maintains a constant weight and has plenty of energy.

Might help to tell everyone where you are located. Attaching a pedigree and listing a price would also be helpful.

That article has been floating around the internet for a while. You are absolutely correct. There was, and is, no basis for it. More "Fake News"!

I have fed Nutrisource in the past and had very good luck with it. It's a premium dog food. I feel on a par with PPP and the like.
