    Car Sickness

Check with your Vet. But I think you can give them Dramamine. All but one dog that I've been around that did that got over it. The best thing to do is exactly what you're doing. It may help if you start taking them almost everywhere you go. Also letting them ride in the cab can help. But that...

    Limp dilemma

My 8-year-old wire has been limping after hunting on a front foot/leg for a couple years. Neither me nor the Vet has any Idea. This year it's worse, sometimes not being able to put it down after a few hours of hunting. A half of a 100 mlg. Carprofen helps a lot. If I'm hunting every day, I'll...

    O/U Which Barrel?

Well, hell. Anyway, when I got my first o/u, I shot the top barrel first for a long time before someone told me that was wrong. I never noticed any difference.

    20 ga Wild Pheasant ammo?

Although I don't hunt pheasants with a 20 I have patterned a few different lead 3'' 20's for turkeys and will say that in my guns the Fiocchi's wound up being my pick. They pattern just as good as shells that are more expensive.

How should I have handled this

That one is in a bad place. Epson salts solution. Whatever you clean it with, you'll be lucky if the stitches hold.

    Gloves

Yeah, I know the feeling. I ran lets hand through basically a meat grinder. Lost my pinky. Had the next one sewed back on and a couple surgeries on the middle one. It gets kind of cold sometimes.

    Gloves

My wife already thinks I spend to much on hunting stuff.. It wouldn't be cool for me if she would find out I spent 80 bucks on a pair of gloves..

    O/U Which Barrel?

I don't know how old your Citori is but the older ones were famous for that. After a few million times, they would get loose and do exactly what yours is doing. Switching barrels may not solve the problem if it's that loose. A good gunsmith can silver sodder a little block in there to keep it...

    Gloves

Here we go again. My old Thinsulate leather driving gloves are shot. No longer made. Bought a new pair last year, didn't last a month. I need a good pair that are tough enough to withstand briars. Also need to be thin enough to use on double triggers. Opinions appreciated.

    Ground-pounding opinions

Dog gets birdy thumb or finger on the safety. Bird flushes, safety off.

    Wanted: Semi auto 16 gauge

There's a couple testaments of the American workmanship of the 40's and 50's. I wonder how many of the Turkish guns will still be in use 70 years from now. I still see the model 11's in the field once in a while. A lot of folks don't know that the early A5's were 11's. If I remember correctly...

What does your dog do when you miss a bird?

Mine goes back to the truck and has a shot of whiskey. When I get back to the truck, I get a look that clearly says IF YOU DON'T GET WITH THE PROGRAM, YOU'RE GOING TO BE BUSTING THAT THICK STUFF BY YOUR SELF!

    Beretta Silver Pigeon

I got to ask about your aversion to short barrels. Are you a big guy? My favorite length is 26. I shot a 100 special field with 24 inch barrels.
