Dog found but one phez in a new, large, beautiful (habitat-wise) walk-in in NW KS. Tall cover so belled the dog. Bell stopped tinkling so I hustled to the dog. Perfectly held point. Flushed four feet away. I missed. That was my hunt yesterday.

Your dog's face seems to say "Right now I am all business. Let's hunt!" Is that a poly choke? There's no substitute for experience.

Very few phez anywhere in KS. By reputation, NW KS has been the best. Been hunting there for 30 yrs. In the beginning and into the middle of that period there were beaucoup phez. All in the past unfortunately.

Hunted with both these nice fellas. They get it done afield.
