Standard poodles were a hunting breed at one time. I suppose there will be some crosssthat are decent bird dogs. We used to find them for free in shopping carts at the supermarket, now people pay big bucks for doodles. Nice dogs, but maybe God’s way of saying you have too much money.

Mild? I just finished driving home from the lower 48, Outside as we call it. It was 45 in Beaver Creek at the Alaskan border with Canada when I crossed.
